Memorandum of Cooperation between ATS and ISS

The Memorandum of Cooperation between the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) and the Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS) was signed at the ATS premises on 7th June 2013.

The purpose of the cooperation between ISS and ATS is to contribute to the establishment of internationally comparable systems of national standardization and conformity assessment, and to improve the quality of infrastructure in the Republic of Serbia. This would allow free movement of goods and services and enhance the competitiveness of businesses in the Republic of Serbia especially if we take into consideration the statutory competencies of ISS and ATS, mutual desire to strengthen cooperation, the need to jointly discuss specific issues of common interest, and a desire to coordinate their activities within the national quality infrastructure.

Jasna Stojanović, ATS Acting Director, signed the Memorandum on behalf of ATS, and Ivan Krstić MSc, ISS Director, signed the Memorandum on behalf of ISS.
