Lead Assessor Seminar Organised by the BATA

Seminars

The seminar entitled Lead Assessor Training Course ISO/IEC 17025 was held at the Reumal Hotel in Fojnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the period between 9th February and 14th February 2009 as the result of the cooperation between the Norwegian Accreditation (NA) and the Institute for Accreditation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BATA).

The seminar covered the following topics:

- Requirements of ISO/IEC 17025
- Training in assessment of management requirements and technical requirements of ISO/IEC 17025
- Assessment technique and personality traits of assessors, and
- Assessment simulation.

Khalid Saeed and Anne Grændsen, NA technical directors, were the seminar trainers.

The representatives from the accreditation bodies from Macedonia (IARM), Montenegro (ATCG), Croatia (HAA), and Serbia (ATS) attended the seminar as a form of bilateral cooperation between accreditation bodies from the Western Balkans region.

Milica Jovčić, MSc, accreditation file manager, attended the seminar on behalf of the Accreditation Board of Serbia and completed the seminar successfully.
