Document entitled Estimate of the Uncertainty of Measurement ATS-PA06 came into force on 1st December 2009. This document shall lay down the policy of the Accreditation Board of Serbia (ATS) on estimating the uncertainty of measurement when performing testing and calibration.
This document is intended for ATS assessors and technical experts assessing laboratories as per the requirements of SRPS ISO/IEC 17025:2006 or SRPS ISO 15189:2008, and for conformity assessment bodies performing testing and calibration.
