LA training in accreditation of inspection bodies as per SRPS ISO/IEC 17020

Lead assessor training in accreditation of inspection bodies as per SRPS ISO/IEC 17020 was delivered in the period between 14th and 18th November 2011.

Pursuant to the procedure of the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS), the training included the introduction to the requirements and practical application of SRPS ISO/IEC 17020, and all other mandatory documents in accordance with the List of Documents Containing Requirements to Be Met by Applicants for Accreditation and Accredited Conformity Assessment Bodies, ATS-UP01, planning, organisation and performance of assessments in line with the requirements of the standard, and reporting on the assessment findings.

The training was in the form of lectures, exercises and interactive work (simulation assessments, discussions, etc.). All training delegates successfully passed the test as laid down in the ATS procedures and thereby became candidates for lead assessors for inspection bodies.

The training was attended by 10 delegates.
