New accreditations granted in October 2009

On 23rd September 2009, the Accreditation Board of Serbia made decisions on accreditation for five testing laboratories and one certification body certifying management systems. A series of decisions on accreditation maintenance, extension to scope, accreditation scope reduction, accreditation renewal, and on accreditation withdrawal were made.

Accreditations were granted to the following testing laboratories:

-Institute of Vegetable Science DOO (limited liability company), Smederevska Palanka, Seed Testing Laboratory;
- “MONT-R” d.o.o. (limited liability company), Company for engineering, design, construction, installation, overhal and maintenance, Belgrade;
- DUGA A.D., Paints and Varnishes Industry, Laboratory for Instrumental Analysis and Quality Control;
- Agriculture Innovation Centre D.O.O., Arilje;
-D.O.O. VATROZAŠTITA (limited liability company), Pančevo;

and to a certification body certifying management systems
Limited liability company for certification and surveillance StandCert d.o.o., Belgrade.

Testing laboratory Rafinerija nafte AD, Belgrade renewed its accreditation.

A decision was made to suspend part of the scope of accreditation of the inspection body DOO Vojvodina inspekt Company, Novi Sad.

On 6th October 2009, the Accreditation Board of Serbia made decisions on accreditation granting for two testing laboratories and two inspection bodies. A series of decisions on accreditation maintenance, extension to scope, accreditation scope reduction, accreditation renewal were made, and one decision on accreditation suspension at a request and one decision on accreditation withdrawal.

Accreditations were granted to the following testing laboratories:

- Leather Institute D.O.O (limited liability company), Ruma,
- PROFI LAB D.O.O. (limited liability company), Belgrade

and to inspection bodies:

- PROFI LAB D.O.O. (limited liability company), Belgrade,
- Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Centre for Quality, Belgrade.

The following organisations renewed their accreditations in the field of testing activities:
- NIS, OD Jugopetrol, Directorate for Technical Issues and Investments, Department for testing laboratory for oil and oil derivatives, Belgrade, for testing activities.
- GAS-TEH D.O.O., Quality Sector, “GAS TEH” Laboratory, Inđija.
- “Kirilo Savić” Institute, Material Testing Laboratory, Belgrade.

Decisions were made to suspend accreditation at a request of the inspection body SEMAFOR, in Kraljevo, and to withdraw accreditation of the testing laboratory MINEL FAD, Belgrade.
