Celebrating the anniversary: fifteen years of ATS
Accreditation DayAccreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) is organising a special conference to celebrate important anniversaries: fifteen years of its creation (founded in 1998 as the Yugoslav Accreditation Body - JUAT), World Accreditation Day (9th June) and Accreditation Day in the Republic of Serbia (28th June - the day when the first accreditation was granted in Serbia in 2000).
The celebration will take place on 6th June 2013 at the Protocol Hall at the Student Cultural Centre (Studentski kulturni centar), 48 Kralja Milana Street, Belgrade, at 5 p.m. One of the speakers will be Mr Thomas Facklam, Chair of the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA), that will introduce the delegates to the importance of the Multilateral Agreements of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) that ATS signed.
Furthermore, there will be short videos that we made to promote the accreditation and raise awareness of the importance, role and benefits of the accreditation system in case of all interested parties (clients and consumers of products and services, public authorities, clients of accredited conformity assessment bodies and CABs).
