8th session of ATS Management Board and joint session of Management Board, Supervisory Board and Accreditation Council held
Current eventsOn December 21, 2017, the 8th meeting of the Management Board of the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) was held in the premises of the Accreditation Body of Serbia. It was attended by the Chairman of the Management Board of the Accreditation Body of Serbia, Mr. Nedeljko Pantić, and other members of the ATS Management Board, the Acting Director of the Accreditation Body of Serbia, prof. Aco Janićijević, PhD, and on that occasion the Program of work and the financial plan for 2018 of the Accreditation Body of Serbia was adopted.
After the discussion on all the items of the adopted agenda, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Accreditation Body of Serbia, Mr. Nedeljko Pantić, invited all participants to attend the joint session of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the Accreditation Council.
At the joint session, all participants were acquainted with the results of the peer evaluation of the Accreditation Body of Serbia by the European Co-operation for Accreditation - EA, as well as with the plans and development objectives of the Accreditation Body of Serbia in 2018 and onwards.
After this, the participants discussed the Analysis of the relationship of the Accreditation Body of Serbia with related bodies, and they were also acquainted with the proposals of corrective actions by the Assessment Team of the European Co-operation for Accreditation - EA, regarding the actions related to the work of the Accreditation Council, the new issues of the standards ISO/IEC 17011 and ISO/IEC 17025.
The attendees were also informed of the joint annual meeting of IAF and ILAC held in 2017, as well as of the 40th session of the General Assembly of the European Co-operation for Accreditation - EA, after which the Accreditation Council reached a conclusion on the acceptance of the submitted materials, given that it, as an expert and advisory body, declares about them, in accordance with the Law on Accreditation, the Act on Establishment and the Statute of the Accreditation Body of Serbia.
